L&A Partners is a recruiting firm specialized in financial careers. We are currently seeking on behalf of a client, an international listed company, a Division HR Controller (m/f).
Key Responsibilities
The role of the Division HR Controller is to coordinate the plant HR network to prepare key HR processes (monthly closing, budget, strategic plan, salary & performance review) for the division.
The main activities are:
- Coordinating a network 30 plants and R&D centers to ensure monthly headcount follow-up and forecast;
- Managing the headcount & footprint evolution of the division through the preparation of the budget and the strategic plan;
- Preparing a detailed analysis of staff cost to explain differences of actual against budget and forecast in cooperation with finance department;
- Acting as a business partner with Division Directors through monthly follow-up of headcount & HR KPIs;
- Participating in cost-related and efficiency projects ensuring correct cost allocation in long-term planning;
- Coordinating the production of Annual Social Report for the Division;
- Ensuring the proper management and optimal use of tools (ensure data quality);
- Coordinating the salary and performance review process for the division;
- Improving & automating HR reporting;
- Managing 1 junior controller;
Qualifications:
- Business School or Engineering background with a Finance degree or Masters Degree in Finance
- Excellent Excel Skills. SAP/ERP system is a plus
- Plant / Manufacturing Project controlling experience as hard skill is a plus
- International company, and matrix orgranization experience is a plus
- Demonstrated good communication skills and autonomy as a soft skill
- Fluency in English mandatory
The position is located in France, in South of Paris region.
